What Youll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the cardiovascular operating room, specializing in open-heart cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain proficiency with specialized cardiac surgical equipment and procedures
• Deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
• Participate in on-call rotation for open-heart procedures

Schedule:

• Predominantly Day Shift (MondayFriday)
• Flexibility required for mid-shifts and open-heart call coverage

Qualifications:

• Current RN license (Delaware or Compact State)
• 3+ years Operating Room nursing experience required
• Cardiac open-heart experience required
• BSN preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire)
