What You'll Do

You'll bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients and so much more. As a WEST Float RN, you'll:

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.

What You'll Need to Bring

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

• Active RN License (compact or single-state) required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required and ready to roll!

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.

Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops Quick on your feet and calm under pressure Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player
