• Care for admitted patients "boarding" in the Emergency Department, ensuring safe and efficient care as they transition to inpatient units.
• Develop acute care skills in a high-acuity setting with exposure to emergency workflows and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with ED and inpatient teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and continuity of care.
