Job Summary

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. He/she is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgement, ingenuity and initiative in the utilization of the equipment for the diagnosis and/or treatment

Maintains and strengthens relationships with physicians and assures their involvement in developing systems to assure the growth of the service and the cost effective delivery of quality patient care in a manner that fosters patient and employee satisfaction. Required Minimum Education

Graduate of an accredited/approved School of Nursing Required

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s)

All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN - Multi-state Compact
• Basic Life Support or BLS - Instructor
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support or ACLS - Instructor or ACLS - Provisional

Required Minimum Experience

1 year ICU/CCU/ER or previous Cath Lab/EP Lab experience Preferred

Required Minimum Skills

The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude (see WellStar's "Standards of Gold" and "Values").
