As a Registered Nurse in our Behavioral Health Urgent Care Department, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and effective care to patients facing behavioral health challenges. Key Highlights:
- Location: Saint Louis, MO
- Starting Pay: $35.00+/hr (Compensation based on experience)
Your Role:
In this dynamic role, you will provide direct patient care, ensuring that each team member receives personalized attention and support in a safe environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough admitting and shift assessments for assigned patients.
- Utilizing your critical thinking skills to analyze patient data and communicate any changes in condition to the attending physician.
- Participating in the formulation and evaluation of treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Documenting all nursing care accurately and adhering to policies and procedures.
- Implementing and recording physicians' orders and supervising care delivered by LPNs and techs.
- Educating patients and families about care plans based on assessed needs.
- Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all patients.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Missouri or a Compact State.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
