This full-time role offers strong physician collaboration, and the chance to help reduce patient wait times for those managing complex autoimmune conditions. You'll work in modern facilities with full clinical support, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team of 6 rheumatologists in practice with over 40 years of service
• Modern facilities with 11 exam rooms at the main office and 4 at each satellite location
• Infusion suite with 14 chairs at the main office and 4 at each satellite location
• Collaborative care model with physician oversight, mentorship, and robust administrative support

Schedule

• Flexible 4-day (10-hour) or 5-day (8-hour) workweek options
• Minimum of 36 patient-facing hours plus 4 administrative hours weekly
• Target of 15-18 patients per day after ramp-up
• No weekend or after-hours clinic responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• $130,000 base salary, negotiable based on experience

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner with rheumatology experience or strong interest in the specialty

• Skilled in follow-ups, medication management, infusion oversight, and patient education
• Team-oriented approach with a commitment to patient-centered care
