RF Test Engineer

*Description:*
We are seeking a skilled RF Test Engineer to support the measurement and characterization of cellular radio hardware designs across a wide range of products. This is a contract-based opportunity ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in RF testing and a passion for wireless hardware development. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a lab environment, enjoys debugging complex RF setups, and is passionate about automation and data integrity.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Execute RF OTA test programs across multiple wireless technologies.
* Debug test setups and identify anomalies in real-time.
* Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for lab testing.
* Analyze test results and generate detailed reports.
* Collaborate with global teams in Madrid and China to ensure test consistency and quality.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
* Ability to debug test setups and recognize invalid data early.
* Experience with test data triage and reporting.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
