Revit Designer

We are seeking a skilled Revit architectural drafter/designer who will spend three days a week in an office environment with the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity. The position involves working at two different locations, ensuring a dynamic work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Revit software effectively from day one to design and draft architectural plans.
• Create and modify Revit families and set up projects.
• Develop detailed construction documents and drawings under direction.
• Contribute to BIM initiatives and ensure compliance with construction drawing standards.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit software is essential.
• Experience in creating and modifying families and setting up projects within Revit.
• Ability to produce high-quality construction documents and drawings.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with public buildings is a plus but not required.
• Strong understanding of construction design and drafting principles.

Work Environment

The role requires three days per week in an office located in downtown. The other two days offer hybrid flexibility, with the initial work starting at an office in the Central West End. The dress code is professional, and the candidate will use state-of-the-art technology to accomplish tasks.

Job Type & Location

This is a long term contract position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
