Revenue Cycle Manager - Weekly Pay - Hiring Now

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Managing the financial health of the organization by overseeing billing, coding, and collection processes to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
• Process Improvement: Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the revenue cycle, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow.
• Data Analysis: Monitoring accounts receivable, tracking key metrics like coding error rates, and analyzing financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and lost revenue.
• Payer Relations: Communicating and working with insurance companies to resolve issues with delayed payments, additional information requests, and denial trends.
• Compliance: Ensuring all billing, coding, and collection activities are compliant with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Staff Management: Supervising billing and coding staff, providing training, conducting performance assessments, and empowering them to implement process improvements.

Benefits

• Pay range: $39.00 - $52.00/hr.
