Retail Service Coordinator

The Retail Service Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to enhance sales, customer service, store appearance, and overall operations. In their absence, this position will take on shift management responsibilities. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire store team members to deliver exceptional customer service to both retail and professional customers.
• Monitor and enhance customer service quality in the retail showroom, ensuring team members effectively execute customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call).
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing communication, especially through phone calls, aligns with company standards.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, hub, and store transfers promptly while keeping customers informed regarding shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases proficiently, utilizing the electronic tracking systems in place.
• Manage retail customer returns and exchanges with efficiency and friendliness, ensuring accurate refunds are issued using the correct payment methods.
• Ensure every merchandise transaction, including core charges and warranties, is invoiced correctly before product leaves the store.
• Delegate and complete merchandise tasks and communicate Zipline messages effectively.
• Oversee team members' adherence to the work schedule, ensuring that any changes are approved by management.
• Execute all store opening and closing duties, including securing funds, preparing bank deposits, and ensuring the store is secured at the end of the day.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Required: Strong communication skills.
• Preferred: Retail sales experience, particularly in auto parts, and knowledge of automotive systems and repair.
• Desired: ASE Certification and fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
