Retail Service Associate

Join our team as a Retail Service Associate and be an integral part of enhancing the customer experience! In this exciting role, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an inviting store atmosphere. You will also take charge of shift management responsibilities when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide team members in delivering outstanding customer service to both retail and professional clients.
• Oversee customer service standards in the retail showroom, ensuring effective execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policy when answering phone inquiries.
• Oversee timely processing of online orders, ship-to-store requests, and transfers between locations, ensuring customers are notified upon arrival.
• Manage special orders and outside purchases efficiently, using the electronic order system.
• Facilitate returns and exchanges in a friendly manner, ensuring accurate refunds and proper processing of returned merchandise.
• Confirm all merchandise is invoiced correctly before leaving the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Ensure effective communication of company messages and oversee merchandising tasks.
• Monitor adherence to work schedules and manage any changes or deviations with approval.
• Perform all opening and closing procedures, including cash management and security checks.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Able to obtain RSS Certification.

Preferred:

• Previous retail sales experience, with a focus on auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish.
