About you:

• You are enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly manner.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can perform physical work, including moving, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• You have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
• You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• You have experience in leading and training team members.
• You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to document your work after each shift.
• You excel in customer service and interpersonal communications with clients, customers, and team members.
• You are a motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to results.
• You can work independently while also fostering team collaboration.
• You prioritize safety and effectively perform job duties in a retail environment.
