As a Retail Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that our customers' needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building eye-catching displays and end caps to attract shoppers
- Resetting shelves according to product rotation guidelines
- Tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers

About You:
- You thrive in customer interactions, exhibiting a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
- You are 18 years or older
- You can perform physical tasks, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You have reliable transportation to commute to your work location
- You demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- You are a motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
- You can work independently but also excel in team environments
- You prioritize safety in a retail setting
