Retail Food Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Manager 2 to join our team at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The Retail Food Manager 2 is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the EAT Caf as well as assisting as needed with operations at the other retail outlets on campus, which include: Wolfgang Puck Kitchen Counter, Erie Island Coffee Company, Einstein Brother's Bagels, and the UH Market Zone.

What You'll Do

1. Create and deliver innovative and enriching caf experiences for patients, family and staff daily.
2. Deliver high quality food service.
3. Mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff.
4. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships.
5. Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.
6. Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
