The Cashier plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing transactions at the point of sale (POS), and maintaining our store's inviting appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales by exceeding established store and personal goals.
• Understand and achieve sales targets, including average dollar sales (ADS) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Utilize selling skills and company standards in customer service.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Engage actively in store promotions, contests, and sales incentives.
• Maintain high standards for personal grooming and store appearance.
• Stay informed about sales promotions and merchandise needs.
• Ensure effective management of merchandise and the cash wrap.
• Provide professional customer support and manage phone inquiries with friendliness.

• District Manager
• Asset Protection

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Lifting of merchandise between 15-30 pounds may be necessary.
