Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to emergency situations, including water damage, fire damage.
- Evaluating and performing restoration activities including but not limited to, water extraction, fire damages, set-up of specialty equipment, and demolition.
- Loading, inventorying, and maintaining work vehicles with tools, equipment, and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Effectively communicating safety hazards, job site findings, equipment, and tool requirements for the worksite with supervisors.
- Maintaining open and clear communication with clients, addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
- Performing restoration and cleanup tasks, including water extraction, drying and site clean-up
Position Requirements
To qualify for this position, you need:
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is preferred.
- IICRC certification is a plus.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
You must be able to:
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects.
- Work with/around cleaning agents.
