Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent inventory and cost control.
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and practices.
• Continuously innovate and refine processes to optimize efficiency and enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a successful Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
