Residential CDL Driver

County Waste is eager to welcome a CDL driver to our dedicated team. We are currently seeking individuals with a Class A or Class B CDL who are passionate about serving the community.

Compensation for this position starts at $26.00/hr.

Your focus on safety and quality service is our priority as we look for drivers who care about their responsibilities. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Safely operating a garbage truck on assigned routes to collect solid waste.
• Reviewing route sheets and serving each customer as indicated or assigned by the dispatcher.
• Conducting routine pre and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring all fluids, safety equipment, and tires are in proper condition.
• Engaging in professional and courteous interactions with customers as needed.
• Performing any other miscellaneous job-related duties that may arise.

What We Need from You:

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Clean driving record
• A minimum of 1 year of local route driving experience
