About the Role: We're hiring experienced residential carpenters who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results. This role focuses on high-end residential construction and remodeling projects, where attention to detail and quality finish work are essential. You'll be installing interior trim, cabinetry, doors, moldings, and custom woodwork that elevate the beauty and functionality of each home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install interior trim including baseboards, crown molding, window and door casings, and wainscoting
• Install cabinetry, built-ins, stair components, and other custom woodwork
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure timely, high-quality results
• Inspect work for precision, alignment, and finish quality
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in residential finish carpentry
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and finishes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience with custom cabinetry or millwork is a plus

Work Environment: This role involves working on residential job sites, including both new construction and remodeling projects. Occasional outdoor work and travel between job sites may be required.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.
