Research Analyst

Key Role: Provide technical assistance and customer service to internal and external customers. Apply specific functional knowledge and working or general industry knowledge. Work with the technical team, client, and external provider organizations to support the execution of data collection activities. Work under general supervision and may provide guidance for less experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical assistance
• Experience with end-to-end documentation and deliverables, including creation and usage in a changing environment
• Experience documenting business requirements for health information technology platforms
• Experience working across workstreams to communicate product descriptions and client needs
• Ability to prioritize and work across workstreams on multiple projects
• Ability to work independently or supervise others, as needed
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Mass Communications or Public Relations field

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working with a help desk ticketing system
• Experience with project management and strategic communications
• Ability to work within principles of Scaled Agile Framework and Waterfall to Agile Migration
• Ability to work within Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel and SharePoint
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail
• Master's degree in Organizational Communications, Public Affairs, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
