You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline systems engineering
• Experience with requirements management tools, such as IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) database, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
• Ability to use work breakdown structures as a basis for planning, monitoring, reporting, and controlling cost and schedule, and evaluating program technical performance
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (S.T.E.M) field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with systems performance evaluation, system specifications, technical constraints, environmental constraints, analysis of alternatives, risk management, conflict or deficiency identification, and mitigation strategies
• Experience with Air or Missile systems
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (S.T.E.M) field

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
