Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the food production industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) to join their dedicated team. As a Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift), you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sturtevant, WI

Pay Range: $25.26

Shift: Night Shift (9pm - 5am, Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

• Maintain and repair production and manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular services, preventative, and predictive maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, including electrical and PLC systems.
• Use computerized maintenance management systems to organize work orders and document activities.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize operational efficiency and uphold safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Experience with load cells, metal detectors, pneumatic cylinders, and conveyors.
• Electrical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and using electrical meters.
