Rental Location- Pittsburgh, PA
Essential Functions
- Handle incoming sales calls and perform outbound solicitation.
- Maintain accurate and current data within the company's marketing database.
- Generate leads for rentals, leases, and sales of used vehicles.
- Manage all rental asset processes including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
- Achieve Ryder's market share through effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards at all levels.
- Address customer concerns and disputes to foster relationships and expand the client base.
Additional Responsibilities
- May act as On-Call Representative based on scheduling needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Preferred one or more years of customer service experience related to issue resolution.

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position may vary based on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience and education. The role may also qualify for bonuses, commissions, and other incentives. The pay range is:

$52,000
