Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Contract Basis

We are seeking dedicated and caring professionals who are passionate about providing remote mental health services. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of clients while enjoying the flexibility of a remote position.

Compensation: This Fee for Service (W2) position offers an annual income range of $141,000-$203,000 based on clinical hours worked per week (25-35 hours).

To ensure the safety of both our clinicians and clients, Thriveworks adheres to the highest standards in telemedicine care. We emphasize a tailored approach to prescribing medications based on individual client needs rather than pushing any specific medications.

Our Nurse Practitioners serve a wide-ranging clientele dealing with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD, across various age groups, focusing primarily on adults and adolescents.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.
• Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority as required by your state.
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR may be advantageous.
• While three years of experience is preferred, at least one year of psychiatric practice is required.
• Clinicians must live in the state where they are practicing and must complete our in-house training on ADHD treatment guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients via telemedicine.
• Provide care to clients aged 14 years and older.
• Prescribe medication as needed to alleviate mental health symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalized care plans.
• Complete relevant paperwork and administer assessment tools.
• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines.
• Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and staff regarding client care and services.
