Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - Fee for Service Position

Thriveworks is actively seeking dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

***Please note: Clinicians must be licensed and reside in the state where they practice.***

Compensation: This is a Fee for Service (W2) role with a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $187,000 per year, based on 25-35 clinical hours per week.

At Thriveworks, we prioritize the safety of our clinicians and clients by utilizing best practices in telemedicine. While we offer prescription options for stimulant medications based on patient needs, we do not incentivize their use. We also respect the severity of conditions, referring clients needing in-person care when necessary.

As a Thriveworks Nurse Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to support a diverse population facing mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more, primarily among adults and adolescents.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification.

• A Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in your state is required.

• Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.

• While three years of experience is preferred, a minimum of one year in psychiatric practice is required.

• All Nurse Practitioners must maintain licensure in the state where they practice.

• Completion of in-house training on ADHD treatment standards and subsequent certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations via telemedicine.

• Willingness to treat clients aged 14 and older.

• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms when appropriate.

• Develop and collaborate with clients on tailored care plans.

• Complete necessary paperwork and utilize assessment tools for client care.

• Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines rigorously.

• Engage in consultations with Regional Clinic Directors and colleagues regarding clients and services.
