This role is for clinicians who want to focus on care-without commuting, office distractions, or rigid systems. As a Licensed Counselor in our remote setting, you'll guide clients through virtual sessions and stay connected with a team that values your input. You'll be given the structure and flexibility to do your job well while maintaining the work-life balance you deserve.
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $115,000-$120,000/year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual individual and family counseling
- Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation
- Work collaboratively with other providers and clinical leadership
- Develop tailored treatment plans and adjust as needed
- Join weekly virtual team meetings for support and updates
- Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in New York
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-graduation
- Ability to build rapport over video and manage care virtually
- Tech-savvy mindset and a secure, professional remote setup
