Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
$100,000 - $110,000 annually

Responsibilities

Conduct secure telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families
Build individualized treatment strategies that adapt to client needs
Document services accurately and in compliance with state regulations
Participate in peer collaboration to support client outcomes
Stay engaged in ongoing professional development

Requirements

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Active Washington license (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT)
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and online documentation
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
