As a relief cook at Asian Lillie's Cuisine, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to directives from culinary management. Your role involves ensuring food quality, presentation, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include exhibiting conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission regulations, federal and state laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. You will consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Prepares hot and/or cold food items in accordance with established procedures. Performs any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar environment
• Training in food preparation preferred
• Available to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
