In your role as a Rehabilitation Nursing Technician I, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care, characterized by compassion and empathy.

Your Role:

• Utilize your attention to detail to enhance each patient's treatment plan.
• Provide direct patient care within your scope of training and competence.
• Support registered nurses and licensed practical nurses in delivering comprehensive patient care.
• Prioritize patient satisfaction and consistently strive for the best possible outcomes.
• Make a tangible impact in patients' lives as they progress on their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

• Current CPR certification required.
• Preferred experience in an inpatient general hospital setting (1 year).
• Experience with medically complex and sub-acute rehab patients is a plus.
• A state-issued CNA or LNA certification is preferred.
