Your Path to Becoming the Nurse Supervisor You've Always Dreamed Of

• Your journey includes:
• Helping develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Acting as a vital link between administration, nursing management, and team members.
• Overseeing nursing care, treatments, and services during assigned shifts or specific units.
• Monitoring and guiding staff performance through timely feedback, annual evaluations, and management of personnel issues.
• Providing patient care when necessary and developing meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS certification to be completed within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification to be achieved within a year of meeting eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the past five years).
• Previous leadership experience, particularly in a charge nurse or similar role overseeing team dynamics and patient outcomes.
