We are currently seeking afull-time Recruiter to join our recruiting team.
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, identify, and hire top talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide the selection process through to offer and onboarding. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience
• Proficiency in various computer applications, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Experience sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Strong problem-solving, organization, written and oral communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with program management, candidates, and corporate headquarters
• Self-motivation and customer service orientation required
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload required
