Hours & Pay
Schedule: Day shift, hours vary based on business needs.
Pay: $50,000 annually.
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
What You'll Do

Develop and maintain recruiting plans to support staffing needs.
Conduct recruiting activities to meet client headcount requirements.
Manage social media activity to boost recruiting and engagement.
Evaluate and interview applicants while completing required screenings.
Deliver client-specific orientations as part of the onboarding process.
Ensure compliance with background checks, drug screening, billing, and other contract terms.
Investigate and resolve employee or client concerns as needed.
Oversee daily timekeeping, payroll reconciliation, and scheduling coordination.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of recruiting experience and 2+ years of people management experience .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service, communication, and ethical decision-making skills.
Flexible availability, including after-hours and weekends when needed.
Valid driver's license.
