Adecco is hiring a Recruiting Specialist to drive talent acquisition and build a strong candidate pipeline. In this role, you will play a key part in finding, screening, and placing top candidates across a variety of positions, while maintaining lasting relationships with both active and passive candidates.
Responsibilities:

Actively source, screen, and recruit candidates for diverse roles
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
Conduct structured interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and fit.
Collaborate on initiatives to enhance associate retention and engagement.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
