Recruiter

Recruiter Position

The Recruiter will review applications, schedule interviews, and maintain applicant database. This job is a part-time job located in Braintree, MA. This person will work Monday through Wednesday (hours can be flexible).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Human Resource Manager to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Communicate with applicants throughout the entire process.
• Schedules interviews.
• Maintains applicant tracking database
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Friendly and outgoing as you are the outward voice of our company.
• Talent Reef experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• High school degree.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• At least one year as a recruiter or other related areas.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
