Records Technician

Our client is seeking a Records Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have organizational, clerical and computer skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:  Records Technician

Location:  McAllen, TX

Pay Range:  $15.75

What’s the Job?

• Scanning, imaging and maintenance of records and files, and preparation of related reports
• Preparing invoices for scanning and imaging
• Images and maintains records retention inventory of specified and confidential department documents
• Assists with implementing document management procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What’s Needed?

• College certificate; Associate's degree preferred
• A minimum of 30 earned college hours
• At least six (6) months of related experience, preferred
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Office including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, the Windows environment, and internet research skills.
