Job Description:

Pay Rate Range: $17/hr. (paid weekly)

Project Description: Division of Drivers Licenses (DDL) seeks exceptional individuals to join as Customer Service Agents to meet increased demand. The rollout of a new digitized license computer system across the state requires travel to issuance locations statewide. Opportunities for advancement within DDL exist. Agents will be assigned a mobile unit and travel to various locations, including manufacturing centers, libraries, prisons, and other local areas needing Driver's License services. Personal vehicles are not required.

Responsibilities and Required Skills:

• Technical Skills: Learn and utilize the KY Drivers License Information System (KDLIS)/IDEMIA issuance program, read and interpret driver's history records.
• Knowledge: Become knowledgeable of Driver Licensing laws and policies, including Commercial Driver Licensing laws and processes.
• Advisory Role: Advise applicants on driver licensing questions and concerns.

Additional Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma preferred
• Experience: Basic Computer skills, excel, data entry
