Real Estate Litigation Attorney

Job Description
My client is seeking a skilled litigation attorney with strong civil litigation experience to join their reputable, award-winning business and real estate law practice. This is a unique opportunity to work on sophisticated litigation matters-ranging from complex business disputes to high-stakes real estate conflicts-while collaborating directly with developers, business owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead on litigation matters from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, handling discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Represent clients in a broad array of real estate and business disputes involving contract issues, partnership conflicts, ownership disputes, and more.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials with a high level of autonomy and strategic input.
• Work closely with clients, internal legal teams, and external experts to develop case strategies that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 1600 billable hour requirement
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar membership.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil litigation (business or real estate litigation preferred but not required).
• Proven ability to manage complex cases independently with limited supervision.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail across multiple active matters.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing top-tier service and strategic legal counsel.
