Chick-fil-A de Ellisville is seeking a person focused on cleanliness and hygiene.

Some of the tasks and characteristics of the job include:

• Maintain the kitchen area clean, organized, and tidy.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen floors using the indicated chemicals, safely and using the appropriate signage.
• Slice and spray all dishes and utensils before washing them in the machine.
• Dip all cutlery in the indicated chemicals, spray them, and stack them on the appropriate racks before placing them in the dish washer.

- Slice all pots, pans, and trays if using the dish washer, and if washing by hand, ensure the sink has the proper water and chemicals. - Let all items air dry before stacking. - Clean the three-compartment sink before removing.

• Let all plates, trays, and utensils air dry before distributing them to their corresponding place.
• Clean specific parts of the assigned equipment using the appropriate chemicals and eye and hand protection articles.

- Keep the restaurant clean by removing trash and cardboard.

• Remove trash, clean the trash cans, place a second bag, and return to the indicated place.
• Use the trash compactor and cardboard compactor.

- Keep the restaurant clean using cleaning equipment.

• Clean and sanitize the equipment properly.
• Clean and sanitize the refrigeration units properly.
• Clean and sanitize the vents properly.
• Perform other general maintenance tasks.
