Your Responsibilities:

If you are an enthusiastic BT or RBT eager to enhance your career while helping children, this position is for you! As a BCBA Intern, you will play a vital role on our team.

• Accumulate required fieldwork hours (must have completed 1700/2000 hours).
• Complete all restricted hours.
• Provide proof of enrollment in an accredited master's program.
• Deliver early intervention therapy in a supportive, center-based setting.
• Help shape the development of young children (ages 18 months to 8 years).
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members, embodying our core values.
• Dedicate 8 hours weekly to work on BDS modules, off your direct care schedule.
• Prepare to sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining.
