We are seeking fully registered Radiologic Technologists, as well as Student Rad Techs and/or LPT Rad Techs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper patient identification and order verification while prepping patients for exams.
• Maintain sensitivity to patient needs, providing clear explanations of procedures to alleviate anxiety and encourage cooperation.
• Execute radiologic exams that yield high-quality images while ensuring safety for patients and staff.
• Utilize sterile techniques when conducting invasive procedures.
• Respond proactively in urgent patient situations.
• Accurately document all essential information, including time stamps and image storage.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate vital information to other healthcare providers post-procedure.
• Maintain an organized and safe working environment, ensuring proper storage of supplies and equipment.
• Pursue ongoing education to enhance personal and professional development, especially regarding new procedures and technology.
• Assist and guide students and fellow Radiology Techs in procedural techniques and equipment use as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ARRT registration.
• Current Rad Tech license in state of practice (if operating in Utah).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare providers.
• May need to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire and perform MA functions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IV certification.

Physical Requirements:

Includes carrying, hearing, lifting, manual dexterity, pushing/pulling, seeing, speaking, standing, and walking.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Hourly rate ranges from $29.14 to $44.94, depending on experience.
