Radiology Technologist - On-Demand

As a Radiology Technologist, you will have the opportunity to work across various settings including clinics, hospitals, emergency departments, and operating rooms, offering a diverse range of experiences in fluoroscopy, surgery, orthopedics, general imaging, and more.

Salary Range: $26.00 - $41.50

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging examinations, ensuring the production of high-quality diagnostic images.
• Accurately position patients during radiographic procedures as per provider requests.
• Implement radiation safety guidelines and conduct proper radiation protection practices.
• Navigate the electronic medical record (EMR) system with proficiency.
• Carry out mobile imaging, EKG, cardiac monitor placement, and DEXA procedures.

What You Need:

• Graduation from a program recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Solid understanding of diagnostic radiographic principles, including positioning and radiation protection.
• ARRT registration is mandatory.
• For those working in North Dakota, licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board is required. South Dakota candidates must obtain ARRT certification within 60 days of hire.
• If employed in Iowa, a permit from the Iowa Department of Public Health is necessary.
• In some clinics, a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification may be required within eight weeks of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be completed within six weeks of employment.
• A valid driver's license may be required depending on the department.
