Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and patient care standards in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians in accordance with established protocols.

Position patients correctly and operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.

Ensure radiation safety measures are followed to protect patients, staff, and self.

Verify patient identification and review medical history related to the imaging procedure.

Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in the electronic health record system.

Assist radiologists during specialized procedures when necessary.

Maintain and calibrate radiologic equipment and report any malfunctions.

Provide compassionate care and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

Strong understanding of radiographic techniques, anatomy, and safety standards.

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in multiple modalities (e.g., CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy) is a plus.

Prior experience in a hospital or high-volume outpatient imaging center.

Certifications:

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.

Current state license (if applicable).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
