Schedule: Varies, PRN as needed
Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program, required.
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, required.
Minimum one (1) year experience preferred, working as a Radiology Technologist.
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for obtaining Radiographic Images of diagnostic quality while adhering to departmental standards and protocols.
Prepare examination room, equipment, and instruments per patient needs.
Operate x-ray machines according to established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.

***The Radiologic Technologist may be required to cover inpatient or outpatient areas to include off site diagnostic locations***
