Radiology Scheduler

This position involves important responsibilities including:

• Collecting up-to-date patient information such as names, addresses, and insurance details.
• Performing insurance verifications on the day of service.
• Efficiently scheduling radiology procedures.
• Managing medical records and communication with patients.
• Maintaining a work queue to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Providing exceptional customer service by checking in and checking out patients and answering phone calls courteously.

You will need to maintain knowledge of current medical requirements, adhere to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, and collaborate effectively with your team.

This full-time role requires a Monday-Friday schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance with a manageable workload. The location of the position is:
