Your Role: As part of the Optum Radiology team, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for managing scheduling procedures effectively while adhering to established protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain accurate patient information and perform insurance verification.
• Schedule radiology procedures efficiently and check patients in.
• Provide thorough follow-up services for appointments and medical records.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve financial, clinical, and service goals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher).
• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel to multiple office locations as needed.
• Ability to work varying hours, including rotating Saturdays.
