Requirements

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Northside Holiday Expectations: MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Years Day

1 Minor Holiday: Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Years Eve
7 days maximum time off
