Radiology Physician

We are seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in New Mexico, beginning Nov 3, 2025. This role entails a Monday-Friday schedule, predominantly from 8 AM to 5 PM, focusing on general diagnostic radiology without the requirement of interventional procedures, unless desired by the candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide diagnostic imaging services across various specialties, including but not limited to:
• Broad diagnostic imaging for both adult and pediatric cases
• Optional participation in:
• Emergency radiology during evening or overnight shifts
• Tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences
• Teaching and mentoring responsibilities:
• Medical students
• Radiology residents and fellows
• Engage in clinical consultations within:
• Trauma Center
• NCI-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center
• Research involvement opportunities including:
• Translational imaging and image processing resources
• Collaboration with dedicated research and publication staff

Additional Information

• Required Board Certifications: Diagnostic Radiology
• EMR System Used: Cerner
• Ideal candidates will possess a license to practice in New Mexico
