Job Summary:
As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform x-ray testing with expertise in body mechanics and patient movement, ensuring each patient receives excellent care. You will be responsible for operating diagnostic equipment, developing films, and preparing exam rooms. This role encompasses both radiology and Medical Assistant duties within our fast-paced environment. PRN (per diem) positions are scheduled as needed, providing you flexibility in your work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients promptly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding wait times and procedural steps.
• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including vital signs and medical histories.
• Execute timely radiology procedures to assist in diagnoses and treatments.
• Ensure patient safety by following established protocols for imaging and radiation protection.
• Maintain imaging equipment and report malfunctions as needed.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures directly supervised by the provider.
• Continuously improve your imaging knowledge and skills through ongoing education.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus!
