Our walk-in centers are dedicated to offering a broad range of healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. Our centers are open seven days a week with convenient hours for our patients.

Job Summary:
As a Medical Assistant/X-Ray or Radiology Tech, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing patient files and providing essential support to both patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet patients as they enter the facility and provide a welcoming environment.
• Keep patients informed about wait times and guide them through the treatment process.
• Resolve patient issues and seek assistance in emergency situations.
• Communicate timely lab and X-ray results and follow up with patients promptly.
• Support the front desk in patient check-in/out procedures when needed.
• Accurately document patient vital signs, history, and other relevant health information.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain equipment functionality and report malfunctions promptly.
• Follow strict documentation protocols related to patient visits.
• Keep examination rooms clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to infection control standards and patient confidentiality policies.
• Perform medical procedures including phlebotomy and injections under provider guidance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Medical Assistant Certificate or relevant experience.
• Valid State License to perform X-Rays.
• Current BLS Certification.
