Radiologic Technologist - Urgent Care

Position Highlights:

• Enjoy a competitive salary of $23 to $42 per hour.
• Benefit from a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates!
• Work Saturday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and Tuesday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic x-ray examinations and radiology quality assurance.
• Assist with patient care by taking vital signs and performing EKGs.
• Prepare exam and x-ray rooms for patient visits and document encounters in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Conduct lab testing and manage specimens sent to the lab.
• Restock and maintain inventory for exam rooms and labs.
• Handle patient follow-up calls and assist with incoming inquiries.
• Support additional tasks as needed to ensure a smooth workflow.

What You Bring:

• Graduation from an accredited radiology technologist program.
• Current New York State radiology licensure and ARRT registration.
• Strong customer service skills and proficiency in computer use.

Preferable Qualifications:

• Experience with diagnostic x-ray and EMR systems.
• Previous medical office or urgent care experience.
